A good doctor's conversation cannot tolerate divided attention. Whoever takes notes listens less well; whoever listens documents later from memory. KI Praxis Tools builds tools that take this problem out of the consultation room: KiPT Voice structures what was said rather than assessing it, and is built in an in-house German practice whose feedback shapes every feature before it goes out to every practice. What we build
KI Praxis Tools builds tools that structure the practice's daily work, not assess it. KiPT Voice records the consultation after consent, transcribes it on the practice computer, and arranges what was said into a draft that the doctor reviews. The first 14 days are free.
Two plans, explicitly chosen rather than automatically charged: €49.99 per month on a twelve-month term or €59.99 per month cancellable monthly, both plus VAT.
How we work
We develop KiPT Voice together with an in-house German practice. Their feedback from daily practice work decides what goes out to every practice and what does not yet.
This keeps development aligned with what is actually needed in daily practice work, rather than with an assumption about it. We would rather solve the problem with less technology in the consultation room than more: a recording that stays where it is made, and a draft that the doctor reads, corrects, and takes responsibility for.
What we stand for
Audio stays on the practice computer; transcript text goes to the provider configured in the settings, unless the practice sets up a local model. Drafts are reviewed by you and adopted by you, never filed automatically.
Our tools do not assess the content of a conversation. They structure what was said, and the professional judgement remains entirely with you.
