KI Praxis Tools is a software studio in Berlin. Before we built software for other practices, we optimised and digitised our own medical practice in Berlin-Mitte. Every tool we offer today solves a problem we had there ourselves, every day.

How it started
The question was simple: what costs our practice time every day that really belongs to our patients?
We simplified and digitised one workflow after another and used AI where it genuinely takes load off. Documentation cost the most time. That became KiPT Voice.
Our goal
We want to fundamentally change how medical practices work: less administration, more time for patients.
Every tool has to pass two tests for that. It solves a real problem from our own practice. And it is safe enough for our own patients.
How we work
We build in daily exchange with the physicians in our practice. What does not hold up in their daily work does not go out to other practices.
We would rather solve problems with less technology in the consultation room than more. The application walks you through setup step by step; no IT knowledge needed.
What we stand for
The recording stays on the practice computer. With a local AI model the text stays there too; otherwise an AI provider based in the EU receives the transcript text and nothing else.
Our tools make no diagnoses and do not assess the content of a conversation. They structure what was said. You review every draft and decide yourself.
