Product status and changes
KiPT Voice is available to every practice in Germany, on Windows 11 and Macs with an Apple chip. It continues to be built in close feedback with an anonymous German practice. You arrange the start by email: installer and activation arrive within one business day, and the first 14 days are free. This page records what the application can do today, where its limits are, and what changed when.

Supported capabilities
- Capture conversations in German and English; documentation drafts are produced in German.
- Process audio recording and transcription on the practice computer.
- Keep pauses and resumptions as parts of the same session.
- Review and edit speaker matching, transcript, and structured draft before adoption.
- Keep already-recorded content on downstream processing errors and re-trigger the draft later.
Known limits
- The conversation language is selected before the session and not detected automatically.
- The supported standard workflow does not produce an English-language document output.
- For structuring, transcript text may reach a configured external text service; the audio recording is not transmitted.
- The draft must be reviewed medically and is not adopted into the treatment record automatically.
- Transfer into the practice software is by copying the reviewed draft; there is no vendor-specific integration.

Generally available, website built around the benefit
KiPT Voice is out of closed beta and available to every practice in Germany: two plans, 14 days free, start by email. The website now says first what you get from it and states the limits as principles rather than fine print; a start page replaces the pilot page.
Website restructured, navigation on mobile devices
KI Praxis Tools is now the company site at ki-praxis-tools.de, and KiPT Voice sits at /voice/. New pages on security, data protection for practices, and pricing; a menu makes every section reachable on mobile devices. Nothing has changed in the product itself.
Visibility and expressions of interest prioritised
Pilot applications were paused. The homepage, knowledge section and pilot pages collected non-binding interest by email, without account creation, automatic download or email automation.
Closed-beta homepage updated
The homepage was aligned with expressions of interest, preserved the anonymity of the participating practice and showed current captures of the real application.
Separate practice pilot added
A standalone pilot page and a manual application process were added without replacing the existing homepage or its interest path.
Recording and review workflow hardened
Microphone permission, live transcript display and failure behaviour were further secured for use in the current desktop product.
What the status means
Generally available means that every practice in Germany with a supported computer can use KiPT Voice, and the terms are public. The page describes the supported scope as the shipped application has it today.
